optical emission spectroscopy
Nota de aplicación
Emission spectroscopy technique used to determine elemental content of materials. The material is heated to a high temperature causing the electrons in the sample to emit light which is converted into a spectral pattern. In the broader sense, optical emission spectroscopy includes ICP optical emission spectrometry, which uses an inductively coupled plasma as the excitation source.
