Frisian handball
Nota de aplicación
A handball game with play similar to American handball and with scoring resembling tennis. It originates in the Northern Dutch province of Friesland. The game is played on a rectangular grass court by two teams with three players each. A hard leather ball is served from a box to a receiving zone. When the ball falls from a rally the spot is marked by a small wood block called a kaats, from which the game derives its name.
